Who provides the product

Security Video Inspector is offered by TechXplored, based in Washington, United States. These terms apply to Security Video Inspector, its product pages, customer account, billing service and desktop licensing. Contact techxplored.xyz@gmail.com for product or account support.

Subscription and payment

The plan costs USD 9.99 per month or USD 99 per year before applicable tax. Paddle displays available localized pricing and the total payable at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically on the selected monthly or yearly schedule until canceled.

Paddle is our merchant of record and authorized reseller for checkout transactions. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable transaction taxes, billing and refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, linked below.

License and permitted use

A subscription permits use of the paid Security Video Inspector features on one activated desktop at a time. Keep account credentials private. You may release an old computer's activation through your account before connecting a replacement. Do not resell access, share activations to evade the device limit, or interfere with the licensing service. This does not restrict rights that applicable law requires us to allow.

Internet access is required to sign in and validate an activation. After a successful check, a supported desktop may work offline for up to seven days, limited by its current license approval and subscription entitlement. A disconnected computer may retain its existing offline approval until it expires.

Cancellation and access

You may cancel monthly or yearly renewal through the Paddle customer portal, linked from your billing account or receipt. Standard cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues until then. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not itself request a refund. Active and trial subscriptions grant paid access. Paused and canceled subscriptions do not. Past-due subscriptions have a seven-day grace period from the recorded past-due date. We may suspend access for fraud, misuse or a security threat, subject to applicable law.

Your recordings and responsible use

Analyze only recordings you are entitled to access and process. You are responsible for complying with privacy, surveillance and other laws that apply to your use. Keep your original recordings and backups. The billing and licensing services do not require you to upload footage.

Analysis results are review aids and may contain errors or miss events. They do not establish forensic certainty, legal conclusions or evidentiary admissibility. Review the original recordings before relying on a result.

Updates and your rights

We may update the software and these terms. The version of the purchase terms applicable to a transaction, Paddle's terms and mandatory consumer rights continue to govern that transaction. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated before they take effect where required. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
